The first edition of this e-guide connects event planners and delegates with inspiring new and undiscovered experiences of Melbourne. This e-guide showcases a snapshot of why Melbourne is a popular destination for both domestic and international meetings and events.

In addition, the Melbourne Convention Bureau’s 2019 Melbourne Incentive Planners’ Guide gives event planners all the support they’ll need to plan and organize any kind of event in Melbourne. Available in two languages – English and Chinese – the guide gives a run-through of different suppliers and experiences that will make the event memorable for the participating incentive groups. 

From shopping centres and cultural experiences to animal engagement adventures and gourmet food and wine must-tries, the guide gives a visual tour of what the city is like. 

An online incentive supplier search is provided for those who want to browse the different hotels, venues, restaurants and services around the city. The Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau emphasize the combination of business and leisure when planning events in the city. Singapore does have everything a planner will ever need to create dynamic experiences, something that is beautifully outlined in the Meeting Planner’s Guide to Singapore.

The Dublin Convention Bureau shows its support to event planners through the Planners Toolkit, a collective resource where event planners can download useful guides like MICE support guidelines, a guide to running green meetings, and air access guides, among others.
