• The Global Forum is open to senior association executives (or AMC on behalf of Associations) considering hosting International Business Events (Meetings/Conferences) in Bogota or any of the BestCities Global Alliance partner cities: BERLIN | BOGOTÁ | CAPE TOWN | COPENHAGEN | DUBAI | EDINBURGH | HOUSTON |  MADRID | MELBOURNE | SINGAPORE | TOKYO | VANCOUVER.
• This is a unique opportunity to: Explore Bogota as a key growth market for future business events; Learn and experience Bogota’s economic, social and cultural environments; Tap into strategic opportunities and establish relationships with local industry contacts and the network of BestCities Global Alliance partners; Discover the ease of doing business and sharing best practices; Meet top tier organisations to relevant entities and associations.
• Associations who have an interest in advancing the purpose of meetings beyond delegate numbers to long-term legacy development will benefit from The Global Forum.

• Delegates should be involved in the decision making process of their meetings and be interested in the development of their association.
• Associations who are accepted on the Global Forum will be hosted by BestCities Global Alliance (economy return airfare, hotel accommodation and meals during the programme). You will be required to book your own flight by 1 September 2018.  BestCities will reimburse you after the Forum up to a certain amount.
• Accommodation will be covered for the duration of the Forum from Saturday 8^th until Thursday 12^th December
• Upon acceptance of application the association commits to attend the entire Global Forum programme
• The association will give notice of at least 1 month prior to the event in the case of a cancellation of attendance should no suitable replacement from within the organisation be found. If you cancel your participation BestCities will not reimburse your flight.
• Replacements are permitted only with written consent from BestCities Global Alliance
• You consent to BestCities holding your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You consent to BestCities being able to communicate with you regarding your application and news & future events
• If you have attended the Global Forum in Tokyo 2017, to qualify to attend in Bogota there is a requirement that you secure the attendance of an association executive who has not attended a BestCities Global Forum before.
